Research Process

We are a stock-picker. Nonetheless, we formulate our Top-Down view to identify key market cycles and macro trends in order to determine net exposure, cash level, and asset/sector allocation. We constantly conduct Bottom-Up fundamental research through company visits and 360 degree independent due diligence with suppliers, customers, competitors, senior and middle management and business partners. We strive to know our portfolio companies better than most of the market participants. Through our proprietary financial and business models, we conduct vigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis to arrive at the fair valuation, entry and exit point for our portfolio companies.
